Outside of work, Kevin enjoys an active lifestyle, running, swimming, and spending time with his Golden Retriever during the warmer months, and snowboarding in the winter. He is particularly excited about the potential for data intelligence within the BConnect Platform and the upcoming features that will enhance user engagement. Kevin values the collaborative environment at Brighton, where he works alongside intelligent and creative teams. He holds a B.A. in Computer Science from Luther College in Decorah, IA.

Levi Harper is the MRP Planner and Inventory Control Lead at Brighton Science, having joined the company in Spring 2024. As the Inventory Control Lead, Levi is responsible for sourcing, ordering, and managing all raw goods essential for sales, service, and production. Outside of work, Levi is an avid trail runner, competing weekly in trail half-marathons across Ohio, Indiana, and Kentucky, with a goal of completing an ultra 50K in Yosemite National Park. He is also an amateur photographer, enjoying time at his family cabins in Cumberland Falls, Kentucky, and working on his home in the historical district of Waynesville, Ohio. Levi is eager to make a positive impact on materials management at Brighton, focusing on controlling costs, maintaining quality, and fostering growth. He greatly appreciates the positive and helpful people at Brighton, who take pride in their contributions to mutual success. Levi's educational background includes time at the University of Cincinnati, Bowling Green State University, and the Ohio Institute of Photography & Technology.

Andy has over 35 years of experience in manufacturing, product management, data application, and entrepreneurship. His work has focused on the power of data to change behavior and achieve breakthrough results. He joined Brighton Science as CEO in July of 2021. He has an BA in history from Grove City College and MBA from the University of Chicago.

Giles originally founded Brighton Technologies for materials science R&D and assembled the team that developed the technology behind the first Surface Analyst™. His focus on fundamental research & mentoring have given Brighton a strong foundation in science combined with the power of practical problem solving.

Blake has spent his career in technology in high growth, high performing organizations. He has experience in all aspects of technology from hardware, security, data engineering, software development and operations management. He holds a degree in Political Science, Psychology, and Philosophy from the University of Saint Thomas.

Tom began his career at KPMG as a CPA and was admitted to the partnership in 1986. He has been an executive at various technology companies and joined Brighton Science in 2016 as CFO/COO. He oversees Brighton Science’s consulting practice and financial operations. Tom holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting from the University of Cincinnati.
