Outside the office, Alan is an avid outdoorsman with a passion for fishing and traveling. His love for nature and exploration fuels his creativity and problem-solving skills at work. Alan is particularly excited about the future of BConnect, Brighton's flagship platform. He anticipates significant advancements, especially in machine learning applications related to surface intelligence. Andy has over 35 years of experience in manufacturing, product management, data application, and entrepreneurship. His work has focused on the power of data to change behavior and achieve breakthrough results. He joined Brighton Science as CEO in July of 2021. He has an BA in history from Grove City College and MBA from the University of Chicago.
Giles originally founded Brighton Technologies for materials science R&D and assembled the team that developed the technology behind the first Surface Analyst™. His focus on fundamental research & mentoring have given Brighton a strong foundation in science combined with the power of practical problem solving.
Blake has spent his career in technology in high growth, high performing organizations. He has experience in all aspects of technology from hardware, security, data engineering, software development and operations management. He holds a degree in Political Science, Psychology, and Philosophy from the University of Saint Thomas.
Tom began his career at KPMG as a CPA and was admitted to the partnership in 1986. He has been an executive at various technology companies and joined Brighton Science in 2016 as CFO/COO. He oversees Brighton Science’s consulting practice and financial operations. Tom holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting from the University of Cincinnati.
