Introducing BCCoach: Your AI Assistant for Surface Intelligence

Brighton Science has launched BCCoach, a new AI-powered chat assistant built directly into the BConnectSM platform. Designed to help users find answers faster and apply Surface Intelligence more effectively, BCCoach represents the next step in Brighton’s continuous innovation to make advanced adhesion process control easier and more accessible.

BCCoach is powered by large language models and Brighton Science’s proprietary Knowledge Base, developed from decades of experience across materials, manufacturing applications, and adhesion science. Within BConnect, users can now ask natural-language questions and receive clear, contextual answers based on their role and workflow.

Instead of searching manuals, sitting through webinars, or waiting for training sessions, BCCoach delivers the right information at the moment it’s needed, whether that’s understanding a surface measurement, interpreting results, or optimizing a process. This seamless, in-platform access removes barriers to knowledge and empowers teams to make better, faster decisions no matter where they’re located or how experienced they are with surface science.

It’s a major step forward in putting actionable insight directly into our customers’ hands.

Because it’s built on the information housed in Brighton Academy, BCCoach uses the power of large language models to answer user questions quickly and insightfully. Trained exclusively on Brighton’s own Knowledge Base and infrastructure, BCCoach is secure and never uses customer proprietary data for training or model improvement. Instead, it draws from Brighton’s scientific expertise and ongoing process data analysis to provide accurate, role-relevant responses for every user.

This launch underscores Brighton Science’s commitment to continuous improvement and innovation within BConnect, joining a growing lineup of intelligent features such as Process Monitor and BCWeatherman. Together, these tools enable teams of all experience levels to achieve consistent, surface-ready results anywhere in the world.
